Monday, April 30 – Sunday, June 10 (6 week classes)
Ongoing Kids’ Open Studio: Monday-Saturday, 10am-5pm. Ryan Myers facilitates most Monday afternoons and sometimes on Thursdays.
Mondays and Thursdays 2:30-4:00pm, Open Studio with Ryan Myers Ongoing drop-in (ages 5 and up) Wisconsin artist Ryan Myers guides children through various handbuilding projects. His specialties include, but are not limited to, building animals, the human figure and architectural forms. Underglazing fees apply click here for more information on Kids’ Open Studio Teen & Tween Wheel w/ Josh Hebbert (ages 10+) (Kids 9 years of age may enroll with permission of the instructor.) Wednesdays 3:45 – 5:15pm, May 2 – June 6 (6 weeks) Learn to use the potter’s wheel! Class participants will create forms on the wheel, from start to finish, including glazing.Fee: $120., includes all materials and firings Sunday Handbuilding w/ Allison Craver (ages 5-9) (Please note new time below!) Sundays 3:o0-4:00pm, May 6-June 10 (6 weeks) Including both pottery and sculpture projects, this fun class introduces a variety of basic handbuilding skills and fun tools. (For safety, the potter’s wheel is not used in this class, but we do offer workshops for kids under age 10 who would like to try the wheel.) Fee: $100., includes all materials and firings
